Introduction

We like to introduce ourselves, as a firm engaged in manufacturing Industrial Labels, Aluminium & SS Name Plates, Decals, Polycarbonate & Polyester Instrument Front Panels, Vinyl Stickers, Membrane Keypads etc.. Established in the year 1989 by Shri S.R Vijayakumar, as a proprietor company in the name of “BHASYAM METALS” As like any other company, we had a modest beginning. In the year 2016 the company was restructured has “Bashyam Graphic Technologies Pvt Ltd “ This is a family owned company, with Mr & Mrs Bhavani & Vijaykumar, has directors. For all these years, we have withstood the times & business challenges for more than three decades & still kept growing, in terms of infrastructure & revenue.

What we are

We are a MSME, with a work force of 35. The team is headed by Shri S.R Vijayakumar & administrative setup comprise of Top Management, Marketing, Designing, Purchase, Finance, Quality Dept, Stores, Dispatch etc. The entire team operates in unison as a family, with coordination & responsibility. We are a ISO 9001: 2015 certified company. We make all the products, as per the customer drawing standards. We have a fully operational store, with inventory management supported by ERP. We have a dedicated quality dept for inspecting all the incoming raw material & outgoing finished goods. All the raw materials are tested in house & at times, third party testing is done periodically. All our inhouse equipments are well maintained, periodically audited & calibrated, as per the ISO requirement.

Infrastructure

We are ISO 9001: 2015 certified company. We are a well equipped manufacturer, with all the latest & conventional machines required. We have periodically upgraded ourselves with all relevant machines. Now , we have started setting up a in house lab for testing all raw materials & finished goods. All our machines are procured from reliable source & well maintained. We are practicing Preventive & Break Down maintenance, with relevant machine History cards. We also maintain roosters for 5’s & House keeping. We have a fully operational stores, controlled by ERP. All our machines are calibrated, as per ISO standards. Also, we maintain stock of critical spare parts, to avoid line stoppage
